Acting career
Perroni made her acting debut in Rebelde, a remake of the acclaimed Argentinean novela Rebelde Way. She portrayed Guadalupe "Lupita" Fernández, a teenage girl from a lower class family who gets the opportunity to study at the fictitious Elite Way School. Rebelde ran from 2004 to 2006, filming 440. episodes.
Following the success of Rebelde, in 2007, Televisa released RBD: La Familia, which starred the members of RBD. The characters of the sitcom were not based on the band's characters in Rebelde, but intended to be similar to the actors' real personalities. RBD: La Familia was the first Mexican show shot entirely in high definition and ran from March 14, 2007 to June 13, 2007, and only lasted 13. episodes.In these year Maite has made a special participation in 2. episodes of telenovela Lola...Erase Una Vez and in the sitcom Skimo with other members of RBD.
In 2008, Maite starred as the first lead character in Cuidado con el Ángel, opposite William Levy, her second role. The show had great success around the world. Perroni was a member of the popular band RBD, which was launched off of the success of the telenovela most seen for years Rebelde. To date, RBD has made 9 studio albums, including albums in Spanish, Portuguese and English. They have sold over 20 million albums worldwide, and have embarked on various international tours including shows throughout Latin America and Europe.
Maite composed "Tal Vez Mañana", for RBD's fourth Spanish language album, Empezar Desde Cero and sang solo on the title track for the album.
On August 8, 2008, RBD released a message telling fans that they had decided to split up. They went on one final tour, Gira Del Adios World Tour, which ended in early 2009. Perroni was absent part of the tour, due to her filming of Cuidado Con El Ángel.
For her role in Cuidado Con El Ángel, Perroni recorded three songs for the show called "Esta Soledad", "Separada de Ti", and "Contigo".

Blanca Delfina Soto Benavides (born January 5, 1979 in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico) is a Mexican actress, model, and former beauty queen.
Soto competed in the national beauty pageant Nuestra Belleza Mexico in 1997, representing her home state of Nuevo Leon. That same year, Soto became Miss Mexico World and represented her country in the international beauty contest Vina Del Mar in Chile.
Soto's first role as an actress was in the short film La Vida Blanca, which she co-produced with then-ex husband Jack Hartnett, who wrote and directed as well. For the role, she received her first award for Best Actress. Soto then had supporting roles in films such as: "Divina Confusion", Deep In The Valley and Dinner for Schmucks. She starred in Venevisión's telenovelas in collaboration with Univision; Eva Luna (2010–2011) as Eva Gonzalez and El Talismán (2012) as Camila Nájera. Soto will star, with Fernando Colunga in Juan Osorio's new telenovela; |Porque el amor manda.

Synopsis
Marido En Alquiler tells the story of Griselda Carrasco, a strong and determined woman who works as a handyman to support her family. In the course of her work, destiny or chance leads her to Reinaldo Ibarra, an honest man and chef who is married to Teresa Cristina, but he becomes enchanted with Griselda's strength and spirit, gradually coming to the conclusion that she is his true love.
